Cancellation Policy
A cancellation policy has been established to ensure services can be provided in a timely manner for all clients.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.
If 24 hours’ notice is not provided, 100% of the session fee will be charged.
Medicare and insurance rebates cannot be used for non-attendance, so the client must pay the full fee.
NDIS cancellations are handled in line with their policies as stipulated on the Participant's Service Agreement.
Sessions paid for by Third Parties will be billed at 100% of the session fee.
Cancellation fees are not incurred if your appointment time is filled; however, sessions cannot be filled without advance notice (24 hours).
Non-attendance at an appointment without prior notification will result in Kinaire contacting you by telephone, text, or in writing to either reschedule or determine if treatment is still necessary.
This is to protect the provider’s time, not to penalise you financially.
